The efficiency of a wind turbine depends primarily on the power of the wind, the power curve of the turbine and the ability of the generator to respond to fluctuations in the wind. This article, therefore proposes a strategy for a robust control of the wind power system based on a doubly-fed induction machine with double power supply driven by a variable-pitch turbine of the blades and controlled through the rotor variables by two bidirectional converters. The active and reactive powers, which might be generated through the DFIG, can be decoupled through the orientation of the stator flux. The proposed control is mixed among the sliding mode control and fuzzy logic, this approach is powerful to the modelling uncertainties of the generator and the wind generator and permits acquiring a excessive performance and an ultimate quality of production on this field. Finally, the performance of the system was tested in terms of follow-up of instructions and the robustness with respect to the parameter variations of the DFIG.
