هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع تطبيق المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية للمسؤولية البيئية، وباستخدام المنهج الوصفي في إجراء هذه الدراسة، توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: أن المسؤولية البيئية هي قيام المؤسسات بكافة التزاماتها اتجاه البيئة عند قيامها بنشاطها وذلك عن طرق تخفيض الآثار السلبية لعملياتها الإنتاجية، وفي المؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية نجد أنها مهتمة نوعا ما بالتساؤلات الاجتماعية، رغم وجود عدد كبير من المؤسسات الجزائرية التي تقوم بأعمال طوعية خيرية، فالعمل الطوعي التقليدي للقطاع الخاص يجب أن يكون أكثر ذكاء أي ذا مردود حتى يدخل في سياسة تنافسية حديثة عادلة.

The aim of this study is to know the reality of the application of environmental responsibility by Algerian economic institutions, and by using the descriptive approach in conducting this study, the study reached a set of results, the most important of which are: that environmental responsibility is the establishment of all its obligations towards the environment when carrying out its activities, by means of reducing the negative effects of its production operations And in the Algerian economic institutions, we find that they are somewhat interested in social questions, despite the presence of a large number of Algerian institutions that carry out voluntary charitable work. The traditional voluntary work of the private sector must be more intelligent.
