الانتاج الزراعي واثره على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1985 – 2015 – دراسة قياسية

In this paper, we studied the impact of fiscal policy tools on economic growth in Algeria for the period from 1970 to 2022, and after testing this impact, we took that oil taxes and non-oil taxes represent two independent variables of economic growth. This study shows that there is a long-term relationship between the two variables. The study also found that the cointegration test of Gregory Hansen and Hatami -J applies under regime change. The results of the study showed that there is a cointegration relationship between the variables in the case of the presence of one constructive interval. As for the two structural breaks, our paper confirmed the presence of a cointegration The relationship between these variables. We find the long-run coefficients for. The cointegration test has showed that there is an absence of a cointegration relationship, This method supported the hypothesis of the absence in a cointegration relationship in the case of the absence of structural breaks, while when we used the cointegration approach based on breaks, we confiremed clear evidence of this, in the case of more than three strictual breaks in the long-run relationship between variables.The results of this study were confirmed by the Maki test, for example it appears first that fiscal policy exerts a weak positive impact on economic growth, after 2015, while regular taxes are only affected in the long run according to New Keynesian expectations, and it is natural that taxes exert the opposite effect. We concluded that this is due to the decline in the price of oil and the impact on its revenues for approximately 5 years

This paper is aimed at examining the relevance of the dynamics relationship between unemployment and economic growth in North African countries from 2006 to 2022. The study adopted Panel ARDL model and Dumitrescu-Hurlin panel Granger causality analysis that allows capturing slope heterogeneity among each member. The results obtained from the cointegration technique of (Pesaran & Shin, 1999) confirm that a long-term relationship exists between growth and unemployment rate. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between economic growth and unemployment in North African countries for the period of 2006–2022 within panel data framework by applying cs-ARDL and common correlated effects in a dynamic panel (DCCE).

The general objective of this paper is to assess the contribution of the different levels education for economic growth in Algeria during the period 1980-2022. To do this, we first rely on a so-called endogenous growth model: the Solow model “Augmented” by the human capital developed by Mankiw, Romer and Weil (1992). Then, we use the assessments of [5] which generate the average number of years of study of the economically active population for the different levels of education. And finally, we build from the Principal Component Analysis (PCA), an indicator composite of human capital to integrate aspects of our empirical model qualitative education alongside the quantitative proxy that is the average number of years of study indeed, our estimates reveal that only the level of primary education has an effect significant in addition, taking into account the quality of education improves our results and allows to assess at 24% the contribution of the primary level to Algerian economic growth.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تعريف مؤشر أسعار الاستهلاك ،واستخداماته،وإظهار العلاقة بينه وبين أدوات السياسة النقدية ،من خلال التعرض إلى الحالة الجزائرية خلال الفترة (1995-2020)،حيث تم استخدام منهجية خاصة من ال ARDL وهي bootstrapping ARDL. وجدنا أنه توجد علاقة طردية طويلة الأجل ،بين مؤشر أسعار الاستهلاك والكتلة النقدية ،وهي الأداة المستخدمة من بين الأدوات الأخرى ،مقارنة ب سعر الفائدة الغير مستخدمة في عملية كبح التضخم في الجزائر. This study aims to define the consumer price index and its uses and to show the relationship between it and monetary policy tools through exposure to the Algerian situation during the period (1995-2020), where a special methodology was used from the ARDL, which is bootstrapping ARDL. We found that there is a direct long-term relationship between the consumer price index and the monetary mass, which are the activated tools among other tools, compared to the inactive interest rate in the process of curbing inflation in Algeria.

La soutenabilité des déficits publics dans le monde contemporain, associées aux exigences des institutions financières internationales, incitent à poser une problématique fondamentale de la gouvernance des finances publiques, essentiellement liée à la recherche de l’équilibre financier du trésor, cette question est à l’origine de l’avènement de moult réflexions théoriques, L'étude évalue la soutenabilité du déficit budgétaire de l Algérie entre 1970 et 2019 avec utilisation de la valeur actuelle approche par contraintes budgétaires, en appliquant le modèle de correction d'erreur vectorielle (VECM) , les tests ADF et PP pour la racine unitaire ont rejeté hypothèse nulle à 1% de signification après la première différence. ,par conséquent, les dépenses publiques et les revenus de l Algérie sont stationnaires et intégrés de premier ordre. les tests de diagnostic ont montré que les dépenses et les recettes publiques de l’Algérie ne présentent aucune hétéroscédasticité et auto corrélation., il est recommandé de s'efforcer d'augmenter systématiquement les recettes publiques, car les recettes et les dépenses doivent être fixes et intégrées du même ordre, toute politique d'augmentation des dépenses en Algérie devrait tenir compte des valeurs passées et présentes des recettes publiques, en effet, les dépenses et les recettes ont une priorité temporelle les unes sur les autres

The aim of this study was to measure the nonlinear dynamic relationship between unemployment and economic growth in Arab countries during the period 1976 to 2018 using the Markov switching regression models. The results of this study show that there is an inverse relationship between unemployment rate and economic growth. It can also be deduced that both series are complementary to the first degree (stability after the first difference). According to matrix transition, in the period, this probability increases to more than 91% in the previous years.

This article examines the relationship between money supply and financial innovation in the Maghreb countries over the period of 1980–2018 for a large annual data set on five Maghreb countries using the panel autoregressive distributed lag model (PANEL-ARDL). The results obtained from the cointegration technique of Pesaran and Shin (1999) confirm that a long-term relationship exists between M2 and its determinants: GDP, inflation, and the credit interest rate. Above all, the results of the research show that mobile money positively and significantly influences the money supply both in the strict sense and in the broad sense. Also, the number of ATMs positively but not significantly influences the supply of money in the broad sense. Failure to take into account the expansion of the number of ATMs can therefore lead to a poor specification of the money supply, and monetary authorities need to explicitly integrate the effect of financial innovation for effective policy action to stabilize economies

In this paper we will try to identify and modeling the phenomenon of dependence of short and long term exchange rate volatility through a well-founded approach on the long memory process. The reform of the interbank market is part of the economic recovery program launched by the authorities in 1988. The reorganization of the money market which served to supplement the liquidity needs of banks after exhaustion of refinancing possibilities "counter rediscount ", has undergone significant changes since its reorganization from 1989 to date, in particular, with new players. This note identifies its organization and prospects, as well as the new methods of intervention by the Bank of Algeria. Besides the interbank market, a market for negotiable debt securities will be set up and will thus form a new money market, in the broad sense., the market for negotiable debt securities presents itself as a hinge between the short and long term capital markets where a range of short and medium term securities are offered to agents with financing capacity, such as treasury bills, cash and certificates of deposit. Our empirical study concerns a sample covering average prices GBP, USD and EUR during the overall period of market functioning Algerian interbank exchange rates (March 2008- March 2018). the results obtained testify the presence of a certain phenomenon of long-term persistence in the volatility of exchange rate. Fiscal policy can impact the conduct of monetary policy through multiple channels. This paper aims to analyze the asymmetry of the relationship between inflation, both negative and positive effects of the speed of cash circulation in Algeria, based on the descriptive analytical methodology and some standard approaches alongside the views of different theories of economic schools regarding the speed of cash circulation through their determinants, and the factors that influence change And the methodology of the studies: a study of the characteristics of the variables to study the relationship of simultaneous integration using NARDL and determining the optimum distribution period, as well as the models of error correction and discrimination in a short term in the long term, where an annual sample was used from 1970 to 2017, and the use of some statistical tests necessary for that. هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على محددات الطلب على الطاقة الكهربائية في الاقتصاد الجزائري خلال الفترة (1980-2018 ) في العينة الاحصائية والفترة (2019-2026) عند التنبؤ ، حيث استخدمت الدراسة منهجية Auto Regressive Distributed Lags (ARDL) لإيجاد اثر كل من معدل نمو الناتج المحلي الإجمالي الحقيقي ومعدل نمو عدد السكان في الجزائر ومعدل نمو الرقم القياسي لأسعار الطاقة فيها ومعدل نمو تحسين الكفاءة الإنتاجية في القطاع الصناعي على معدل نمو الطلب على الطاقة الكهربائية في الجزائر. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الطلب على الطاقة الكهربائية ينمو بسبب زيادة كل من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي الحقيقي ،وعدد السكان. كما كانت العلاقة عكسية بين كل من ارتفاع معدل أسعار الطاقة وتحسن الكفاءة الإنتاجية في القطاع الصناعي من جهة وبين معدل النمو في الطلب على الطاقة الكهربائية من جهة أخرى. ،وقد جاءت كافة المتغيرات ذات دلالة إحصائية معنوية. وتقترح الدراسة البحث عن بدائل متعددة لمصادر الطاقة كاستخدام الطاقة الشمسية وإحلالها التدريجي محل زيت الوقود في الصناعات المختلفة وفي عمليات توليد الطاقة الكهربائية كمرحلة أولى، تمهيداً لتعميما للاستخدام في القطاع المنزلي والتجاري ووسائط النقل ، بخاصة في المدن الرئيسية. وضرورة إتباع السياسات التي من شأنها ترشيد استهلاك الطاقة الكهربائية وتحسين كفاءة استخدامها

هدف البحث الى استقراء طبيعة الائتمان المحلي في الجزائر بالتركيز على الفترة 2000-2018، ويحاول أن يركز أيضا على محور الدراسة الاساس وهو بيان جملة الاثار على متغيرات النشاط الاقتصادي، والرفاه الكلي للسكان، وينطلق البحث من فرضية مفادها أن التغيرات الائتمانية في الجزائر لم يكن لها دور واضح بحكم واقع المصارف وطبيعة عملها كونها لا تزال مقيدة بالعديد من القيود ذات الطابع الاقتصادي والسياسي. وعليه من خلال ما توصل إليه المدخل الاحصائي للدراسة، فقد وجد أن تأثير الائتمان في مؤشر اسعار الاستهلاك في الجزائر كان واضحا، وكانت النتائج على مستوى القطاعات السلعية والتوزيعية والخدمية أكثر تعبيرا عن الحقيقة، وتحديدا في قطاع الخدمات الذي كان أقل القطاعات من حيث الاثار التوسعية

L'objectif de cet article est d'analyser la dynamique du marché du travail de l'économie algérienne à l'aide du modèle de correction d'erreurs. Pour l'évolution des taux de chômage et d'inflation pour 1980 et 2016. Cette analyse permet de prédire une politique d'inflation restrictive qui a été appliquée. Cette politique, qui n'était pas accompagnée de politiques actives de l'emploi, a contribué à l'augmentation du taux de chômage algérien entre 1980 et 2016. L'article présentait ensuite le cadre théorique des équations des salaires et des prix et le choix des critères expérimentaux adjacents. Nous utilisons le modèle ECM, qui prend en compte la dynamique de chômage et des prix à court et à long terme en Algérie. Notre objectif est de définir des normes de base qui influent sur les prix, la dynamique des salaires et les coefficients d'ajustement associés. Avec ce type de modélisation, nous serons en mesure de fournir des informations de base qui nous permettront de mieux comprendre les orientations de la politique économique. Pour notre variable de taux de chômage, le coefficient est négatif à long terme et positif à court terme, ce qui pourrait être un signe des carences du marché du travail algérien. Parmi d'autres explications, ces insuffisances peuvent être dues au manque d'information et à la transparence de l'offre et de la demande de main-d'œuvre. Notre explication de l'effet positif à court terme du facteur de taux de chômage est qu'il existe un secteur informel important et un secteur formel inefficace (ne générant pas suffisamment de travail) en même temps. De plus, nous obtenons des prix à la consommation et des équations de prix à valeur ajoutée relativement satisfaisantes. De ces équations non-accélérées pour l'Algérie

De nombreux pays en développement, en particulier les pays arabes, ont pris conscience de l'importance d'attirer et d'attirer les investissements étrangers directs en raison des divers avantages qu'ils peuvent en tirer, y compris leur contribution à des niveaux plus élevés de croissance économique.
