Research Summary This research study aims to demonstrate the commitment of the global sports media network monopoly to the television broadcasting market, which monopolize the televised diffraction markets, and which cover the exclusive coverage of the various sports events in connection with the activity and the ethical exercise of media, including the rules of fair competition and obligations of its commitments towards its social responsibilities with its various determinants and its various dimentions, this thesis comes to indicate the rapid changes that the sports media industry has grown to become an independent economy generates billions of dollars on these networks which have expanded their activities to become large investment groups active in various sports fields, as well as in the techno development framework
