Résumé L’objectif de cet article est de clarifier la relation entre la technologie de l’information et les nouvelles structures organisationnelles telles que l’approche orientée processus et le développement rapide sur les technologies concernant cette approche. Cet article présente une vue intégrée qui pourrait être utile pour identifier les concepts qui pourraient aider à clarifier le rôle du BPM dans L’entreprise. Ils offrent également une approche dynamique pour comprendre le BPM et ses mécanismes d'intégration avec les éléments fonctionnels dans l’entreprise. Volume 12, Numéro 1, Pages 164-180 2019-12-30 Abstract The enterprise integration with Business Processes Management BPM is a complex activity which has a great impact on key stakeholders including staff and customers. BPM is more important to have an integrated information systems that cut across various organizations as well as various functional areas. The aim o this paper is to present a developed view may be useful for recognising the concepts which may help to clarify the role of the BPM and the BPM systems in enterprise integration. They also offer a motivated method to understand and solve the problematic of BPM and BPM systems and their instruments for incorporating a company's specific functional features to assure the enterprise integration . This study concluded that the using of BPM to develop the company Processes lead to make the good integration and the good orientation of the efforts. However, the BPM solution can support the other IT tools to have a good integration. Abstract : Information technology (IT) become an integral part of the modern companies, that it has its impacts on organization, levels and activities of the company. This research aim to study the Information Technology in the organization, and its impact on the Organizational Design at El-Djazair Information Technology ELIT Company, by focusing on the four elements of the Organizational Design : Strategy, Structure, Process and People and evaluate the impact of IT by its two elements : IT infrastructure and systems and IT processes and methodologies . The study sample consisted of 76 staffs from El-Djazair Information Technology ELIT Company, after the data analysis and hypothesizes testing by using the SPSS software, the study found there is an acceptable level of Information Technology at El-Djazair Information Technology ELIT Company, an acceptable level of the Organizational Design, no statistically significant differences of Information Technology return to the personnel variables, no statistically significant differences of Organizational Design return to the personnel variables except the Occupation, an impact of IT on Organizational Design and its elements. The study concludes with recommendations for the company and suggestions of several topics to be carried out for future research to enable us to understand and use Information Technology as an important resource for companies in Algeria.
