معايير جودة الأداء التعليمي على ضوء التعليم عن بعد لدى أساتذة كلية العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة عمار ثلجيي بالأغواط

ثانوي بمدينة الأغواط، مع التركيز على تحديد ترتيب أهمية هذه السمات والكشف عن الفروق بين الجنسين في تقديرها. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، واستخدمت استبيانًا للسمات الشخصية للأستاذ، يتكون من 44 بندًا ضمن خمسة أبعاد رئيسية، طُبق على عينة عشوائية بسيطة من 96 تلميذًا وتلميذة. بعد التأكد من الخصائص السيكومترية للأداة، تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS، حيث أظهرت النتائج أن التلاميذ يمنحون السمات المعرفية الأولوية القصوى، تليها مباشرة السمات الأخلاقية. كما كشفت الدراسة عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لصالح الإناث في تقدير السمات المعرفية، الأخلاقية، الوجدانية، والمهنية والاجتماعية، بينما لم تظهر فروق في تقدير السمات الجسمية. تُبرز هذه النتائج الأهمية المحورية للعوامل الفكرية والأخلاقية في تشكيل رؤية التلاميذ لأساتذتهم.

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الابتدائية للمهارات الإدارية، وكذلك معرفة دلالة الفروق في درجة ممارسة مدير المدرسة الابتدائية للمهارات الإدارية تبعًا للمتغيرات الشخصية (الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، سنوات العمل). وقد بلغ عدد العينة 70 مديرًا ومديرة، تمّ اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية من جميع مديري المدارس الابتدائية بمدينة الأغواط خلال السنة الدراسة (2023/2024). اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي نظرا لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة، كما اشتملت أداة الدراسة على استبيان بعد التأكد من صدقه وثباته أسفرت النتائج إلى أنّ درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس الابتدائية للمهارات الإدارية مرتفعة، كما أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a=0.05) بين درجات أفراد العينة في تقدير المهارات الإدارية تعزى (لمتغير الجنس، ومتغير المؤهل العلمي)، غير أنّ هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a=0.05) بين درجات أفراد العينة في تقدير المهارات الإدارية تعزى لمتغير عدد سنوات العمل لصالح المدراء الذين لديهم سنوات عمل 10 سنوات فأكثر

Abstract ; this study was to understand the level of training reflection among educators in special education for early childhood (a comparative study between the public and private sectors). A descriptive analytical method was used, with a randomly selected sample of 120 educators. Data was collected through a questionnaire, and the results obtained were analyzed statistically using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS v25), which yielded the following results: - The level of training reflection among educators in special education for early childhood (a comparative study between the public and private sectors) was moderate. - There were no statistically significant differences in training among educators between the public and private sectors that reflected on special education for early childhood. This study aimed to identify the degree of health awareness of diseases among the elderly after the corona pandemic (covid-19 virus), " where the descriptive approach was used on a random sample of (170) elderly people who attend mosques daily, and through the interview, data were collected, after the corona pandemic (covid-19), where the data was processed by the SPSS Social Sciences statistical package system. V25 the results showed the following : -The degree of health awareness of diseases among the elderly after the corona pandemic (covid-19 virus) is an average degree. - There are statistically significant differences between the educational levels of the elderly in the degree of health awareness of diseases after the corona pandemic (covid-19 virus). this study was to learn about the impact of mother's work on children's behavioural discipline in the learning environment, where the analytical descriptive curriculum was relied upon. this study aimed to find out the role that exercise plays in the development of certain creative abilities, which are mainly represented by the ability of imagination, the ability of fluency, the ability of originality, in children within kindergarten .The study also aimed to find out the extent to which playing in kindergarten affects the ability of imagination, fluency, originality, and to know the level of the relationship between them.In our study, we relied on the descriptive method, and the research tool was a Likert questionnaire, The sample of the study was 19 kindergarten teachers in the city of Al-aghwat, and we relied on a simple linear regression in the statistical analysis of the study results, and found that there was no relationship between play and ability while we found a strong statistical relationship between play and ability to fluency and originality . The aim of the study was to learn about the fluency between the burden of organized physical training and the enjoyment of the athlete of the older person (16.18 years). This study aimed to identify the phenomenon of cheating in school examinations as a deviant behavior that disrupts the educational process and destroys one of its main pillars, which is the pillar of evaluation. Cheating in exams is considered a forgery in the form of school result,which makes the educational system as a whole fail to achieve its goals and explains cheating in the framework of (the end justifies the means), meaning that the individual has to resort to it for one reason or another. Others interpret it as a avoided response by trying to relieve the stress one faces, in order to avoid the consequences of failing an exam. Abstract ;This study aimed to assess the degree of quality of the teaching process among teachers with diabetes. To achieve this, the descriptive approach was used, and on an randomly sample that consisted of 60 teacher of teachers with diabetes of both genders, aged between 30-55 years, the duration of their infection was estimated between 2 to 15 years. The questionnaire was used to collect data, and the statistical analysis by the statistical package of social sciences spssv22 showed that the degree of the quality of the teaching process among teachers with diabetes is an intermediate level. And there are differences between the genders in the degree of the quality of the teaching process in favor of males. Also, there are differences between years of work for teachers with more than 15 years, and finally between educational levels, for the benefit of primary school teachers, then secondary education, and then Middle school level. The study aimed to identify strategies to face the psychological pressures of quarantine for the spread of covid-19 virus among higher education professors returning from abroad, where the descriptive analytical method was used on a deliberate sample of (60) professors and professors who were quarantined in various hotels in Algeria as a result of the spread of covid-19 virus using an electronic questionnaire after data collection, the statistical package system for Social Sciences was introduced. Spss v22. The results of the study showed that the degree of quarantine adherence among higher education professors returning from abroad is high, and the strategies for coping with psychological stress among higher education professors during the quarantine period are the strategy for coping with psychological stress, then a religious-ethical strategy, and finally a preventive health strategy.
