دور الرقمنة في تحسين الأداء الوظيفي - دراسة ميدانية بمديرية التربية- المسيلة

تهدف هذه المداخلة إلى تسليط الضوء على الدور الذي يلعبه التسويق الرقمي في تعزيز فرص نجاح المؤسسات الناشئة، وذلك من خلال دراسة حالة مؤسسة شارجيلي. وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي مدعّمًا بمقابلة شبه موجهة مع أحد المسؤولين داخل المؤسسة، مما سمح بفهم عميق لواقع الممارسات الرقمية داخلها. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن المؤسسة تعتمد بشكل واسع على التسويق الرقمي عبر مجموعة متنوعة من القنوات مثل مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، الموقع الإلكتروني والبريد الإلكتروني، وتقوم بإدارة حملاتها داخليًا. كما تبين أن استخدام هذه الأدوات الرقمية أسهم بشكل واضح في توسيع قاعدة العملاء، وزيادة التفاعل، ورفع حجم المبيعات، إضافة إلى تحسين الصورة الذهنية للمؤسسة. ورغم النتائج الإيجابية، واجهت المؤسسة بعض التحديات المرتبطة بنقص الكفاءات المتخصصة في المجال الرقمي، والحاجة الدائمة لمواكبة التطورات السريعة في المنصات والأدوات التكنولوجية، فضلاً عن بعض القيود التقنية المرتبطة بالبنية الرقمية. كما أظهرت الدراسة أن المؤسسة تنظر إلى التسويق الرقمي كخيار استراتيجي طويل المدى، وتسعى إلى تطوير حضورها الرقمي واعتماد أدوات أكثر تقدّمًا لتعزيز تنافسيتها. بشكل عام، تُظهر نتائج هذه الدراسة أنّ التسويق الرقمي يمثل عنصرًا فعّالاً بالنسبة للمؤسسات الناشئة، وأن الاستثمار فيه يسهم في تحسين الأداء وتعزيز فرص التطور، شريطة مواكبة تحدياته التقنية والبشرية. الكلمات المفتاحية: التسويق الرقمي، المؤسسات الناشئة، مؤسسة شارجيلي

The study aims to shed light on the importance of intellectual property protection, as it is one of the fundamental factors contributing to the success and sustainability of startup projects. Innovative ventures heavily rely on new and creative ideas, whether they are inventions, designs, or software programs. By legally protecting these ideas, entrepreneurs are empowered to retain control over their intellectual work, granting them exclusive rights to use or distribute it. Intellectual property protection in startups enhances business value and increases their ability to attract investments, as it ensures investors that the proposed ideas cannot be easily used by competitors. Moreover, such protection helps reduce legal risks associated with intellectual property infringement, providing legal security for startups. Intellectual property protection is a critical factor in fostering innovation and competition in the market, which helps startups grow and expand sustainably. This study aims to diagnose the reality of the culture sector and the cultural economy in Algeria, by shedding light on key cultural sectors and areas, as well as the efforts made by Algeria to develop the cultural sector. Another objective of the presented research is to highlight and identify the problems and obstacles that this sector suffers from through an objective causal analysis that is capable of finding proposals for sustainable solutions related to the cultural economy and ways to develop it. The results indicate that the cultural economy in Algeria faces several difficulties and obstacles that have hindered its development and, consequently, its contribution to achieving sustainable economic development, despite the significant cultural assets, both tangible and intangible

The aim of this study is to highlight the importance of artificial intelligence in the field of accounting in general, and in the processing of accounting data in particular, through presenting robotic process automation as a model. The descriptive method was used to present the study’s literature related to artificial intelligence and robotic process automation. It was shown that these technologies have fundamentally transformed the nature of accounting work, as they have contributed to automating routine tasks and analyzing complex data, allowing accountants to focus on strategic, value-added tasks. However, the study pointed out the existence of challenges in adopting these technologies, such as high costs and resistance to change. This research paper came to shed light on the topic of e-learning in higher education institutions, which is represented by the e- learning management system Moodle. This study also aims to address the guidelines for digitalization, which includes the e- learning system Moodle. The field study came to answer a set of sub-questions related to the subject of the research paper, which was applied to a sample of professors of the Faculty of Economics from the University of M'sila, using SPSS version 27 to analyze the data statistically. The study reached a set of results that discussed the degree of reliability of professors on the Moodle platform and the most important difficulties they face. The research aims to identify the most important tax incentives included in the Finance Laws and the most important fiscal measures introduced by the Finance Law for the year 2023 in the framework of supporting and promoting startups in Algeria. The study concluded that the algerian legislator has granted a set of tax privileges to the entreprises that bear the label "Startups", such as the exemption from the tax on professional activity, the tax on corporate profits and the tax on gross income for a period of four years, with an additional year in case of renewal, in addition to the exemption of the equipment to be acquired from the value-added taxes and applying a 5% rate on customs duty if imported, and this is in order to motivate creators and innovators to transform their ideas into pioneering and innovative projects that create an added value in the local market. Also, a set of fiscal measures stipulated in the Finance Law for the year 2023 has been taken, such as: open innovation programs, investment in start-ups and self- entrepreneur. L’objectif de cet article est de déterminer l’impact des mécanismes internes et externes de la gouvernance sur la performance financière des banques en Algérie. Nous nous sommes en particulier intéressés à l’analyse de l’effet des caractéristiques de conseil d’administration (la taille, le pourcentage des administrateurs externes, la dualité), la structure de propriété (identité de propriétaire) et la règlementation prudentielle représentée par le ratio d’adéquation des fonds propres. L’analyse statistique des données de 11 banques confirme quelques hypothèses et indique qu’il y a une relation significative entre certains mécanismes de gouvernance et la performance financière des banques en Algérie. Face à la mondialisation des marchés, les banques connaissent des mutations rapides et importantes et donc elles devraient faire face à la concurrence mondiale. De ce fait, elles se doivent développer un avantage compétitif qui leur permet d’améliorer leur chance de réussite. Pour cela, les ressources humaines sont devenues un facteur clé de la réussite des banques vu que leur gestion occupe une position stratégique pour la création des richesses et pour le développement, dont l’Algérie a le plus besoin.
