هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن أهم الصعوبات التي تعيق عملية التكوين عن بعد في التقنيات الرقمية TIC لدى الأساتذة حديثي التوظيف، ولتحقيق أهداف هذه الدراسة تم تطبيق استبيان من إعداد الباحثتين لقياس هاته الصعوبات بعد التأكد من خصائصه السيكومترية ليتلاءم مع متطلبات الدراسة على عينة قوامها 66 أستاذ حديث التوظيف بجامعة محمد بوضياف بالمسيلة، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة المتاحة، وقد تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي كما تم استخدام مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية للتأكد من صحة الفرضيات واختبارها، وفي الأخير توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج التالية : - كثافة الأنشطة تعيق عملية التكوين عن بعد في التقنيات الرقمية TIC لدى الأساتذة حديثي التوظيف بجامعة محمد بوضياف بالمسيلة بدرجة متوسطة. - تحديد مواعيد للأنشطة يعيق عملية التكوين عن بعد في التقنيات الرقمية TIC لدى الأساتذة حديثي التوظيف بجامعة محمد بوضياف بالمسيلة بدرجة متوسطة. - ثقل المنصة يعيق عملية التكوين عن بعد في التقنيات الرقمية TIC لدى الأساتذة حديثي التوظيف بجامعة محمد بوضياف بالمسيلة بدرجة كبيرة. ومنه فالنتيجة النهائية هي: احتل ثقل المنصة المرتبة الأولى بمتوسط (2.78)، وكثافة الأنشطة المرتبة الثانية بمتوسط (1.77)، بينما جاء تحديد مواعيد للأنشطة في المرتبة الثالثة والأخيرة بمتوسط (1.45). Abstract: The current study aimed to reveal the most important difficulties that hinder the distance learning process in digital technologies (TIC) for newly hired professors. To achieve the objectives of this study, a questionnaire prepared by the researchers was applied to measure these difficulties after verifying its psychometric properties to suit the requirements of the study on a sample of 66 newly hired professors at Mohamed Boudiaf University in M'Sila, who were selected using the available method. The descriptive approach was adopted and a set of statistical methods were used to verify the validity of the hypotheses and test them. In the end, the study reached the following results: - The density of activities hinders the distance learning process in digital technologies (TIC) for newly hired professors at Mohamed Boudiaf University in M'Sila to a moderate degree. - Setting dates for activities hinders the distance learning process in digital technologies (TIC) for newly hired professors at Mohamed Boudiaf University in M'Sila to a moderate degree. - The platform's heaviness greatly hinders the distance learning process in digital technologies (TIC) for newly hired professors at Mohamed Boudiaf University in M'Sila. Hence, the final result is: Platform weight ranked first with an average of (2.78), activity intensity ranked second with an average of (1.77), while scheduling activities ranked third and last with an average of (1.45).
